These Terms govern your use of our document verification, translation, notarization, and template preparation services in Singapore. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.

2. Services Description

DocuSync provides the following professional document services:

• Professional translation between multiple languages
• Notarization and certification of documents
• Preparation of customized document templates
• Legalization of documents for international use

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to document processing as described.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your document requests
• Submit only documents you have the legal right to process
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

You are responsible for reviewing all processed documents for accuracy before using them for official purposes.

4. Fees and Payments

All services are subject to fees as described on our pricing page or as quoted for custom services:

• Payment is due upon submission of documents unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST where applicable
• Refunds are only provided for services not rendered, at our discretion

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect completed transactions.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only:

• Document verification: 1-2 business days
• Translation services: 2-3 business days per page
• Notarization: Same day for standard documents
• Custom templates: 3-5 business days

Expedited services are available for an additional fee. Delays may occur due to document complexity, third-party processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our services are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Original documents remain your property
• Processed documents are for your use only and may not be resold
• Our document templates are licensed for single use unless otherwise agreed
• All website content and trademarks are our exclusive property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for the acceptance or rejection of documents by third parties
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our services

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or otherwise).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocuSync, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content or materials you submit

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Requests by law enforcement
• Technical or security issues
• Your request for account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
